Morocco is a country located in North Africa. It's has a population of 35 million people and an area of 710,850 km squared. It is a constitutional monarchy with an elected parliament. However the King of Morocco holds the power to dissolve the parliament if he sees fit. The last Parliamentary elections were in November 25, 2011. However, only 25 percent of Moroccan adults chose to vote. The rest either decide not to or were not registered to do so.
The most popular languages spoken in Morocco are Moroccan Arabic or Berber. Both languages have different regional dialect and accents. The political capital is Rabat; however, Casablanca is the largest city in the country.
Morocco is located off the Atlantic Ocean and reaches down to the Strait of Gibraltar. It is bordered by Spain to the North, Algeria to the east, and Western Sahara to the south.
