Our abuse team will review and investigate all issues received, after confirmation of receipt, for validity and will take appropriate action. We may request more information from you or discuss with our customer to determine the validity of the complaint. 101domain tracks submitted abuse complaints using our internal filing processes, and will maintain the records related to such reports for two years. During this period, 101domain will provide such records to ICANN upon reasonable notice.
