.trv Domain Information
Insurance and financial services sit behind .trv, a three-letter restricted extension from ICANN's 2012 New gTLD Program. It is the ticker-symbol member of a three-string family filed by the same insurer, alongside the plain and qualified forms of the company name — an unusually complete set covering every way the organization is referred to.
Use covers corporate and investor destinations alongside campaign resources where a concise address is preferable. Registration is closed to the public and the extension carries no aftermarket. Ticker-symbol strings are a small category in the round and appeal for a specific reason: they are what analysts and financial media type, independent of what customers use.
