.ovh Domain

Cloud hosting, dedicated servers, and internet infrastructure sit behind .ovh, a three-letter restricted extension from ICANN's 2012 New gTLD Program. Hosting providers occupy a position similar to registrars: customer account credentials control the infrastructure running their websites, email, and applications, which makes provider login pages among the highest-value phishing targets available.

Use covers product and service content, customer account destinations, technical documentation, and regional sites. Registration is closed to the public and the extension carries no aftermarket. Internet infrastructure businesses formed a distinctive cluster in the round, understanding the namespace argument earlier than most and able to operate a registry with existing capability.
