.goodyear Domain Information

Country flagLogo for .goodyear Domain

Tyres, rubber products, and vehicle service sit behind .goodyear, a restricted extension from ICANN's 2012 New gTLD Program. Tyre manufacturers brought a safety-led case to the round: load ratings, speed ratings, and fitment specifications affect vehicle behavior directly, and counterfeit tyres distributed through imitation dealer sites are a documented road hazard rather than a purely commercial loss.

Use covers product and fitment content, dealer and service network resources, fleet and commercial destinations, and country sites. Registration is not available to the public and the extension carries no aftermarket. The string doubles as a recognizable compound of two common English words, giving it defensive value beyond the sector.
