.epost Domain

Electronic mail and digital postal services framed the .epost application in ICANN's 2012 New gTLD Program. Digital post services occupy a distinctive trust position: they carry legally significant correspondence — tax notices, utility bills, official communications — in a format customers are conditioned to open promptly, which is precisely what makes the category attractive to impersonate.

The "e" prefix construction was a recognizable naming convention of the era, and several strings built that way were filed in the round. The extension is not currently active in the DNS root zone and is not available for registration by any party.
