.reklam.hu Domain Names

To purchase your domain name, you must first search for the availability of the unique phrase (without spaces or with hyphens). If the domain name is available, you may then add it to the cart to register for up to 2 year. If the .reklam.hu country code domain is not available, then either modify your phrase, or inquire about purchasing the name outright through 101domain's Domain Concierge Service.

Companies:

With Trustee service, please provide a VAT/TAX ID document from any country. Without Trustee service, please provide a VAT/TAX ID document for an organization located in the EU, EEA, EFTA, the Council of Europe, or a country bordering Hungary.

Individuals:

With Trustee service, please provide a valid ID or passport from any country. Without Trustee Service, please provide an ID or passport issued by a country in the EU, EEA, EFTA, the Council of Europe, or a country bordering Hungary. A natural person with a permanent residence permit or a residence permit in Hungary is eligible to apply without Trustee if they carry out or start an economic or other activity that justifies the use of a .hu domain name by providing the corresponding evidence.

NOTE:

In some cases, a declaration of good faith may be requested.

Once the registration is submitted to the registry, the information cannot be modified by deleting and resubmitting it with the proper data, and the registration fee is non-refundable.

Domains must be in compliance with the Domain Registration Policy HU Registration Policy

No domains with meaning or use suspected of being: illegal, incentive to hatred/fear/ or delusive/ misleading domain names are permitted.

In the case of delusive/misleading domain names, examples include: missing/adding a character from a well-known domain name like cocacola.hu, ccacola.hu/cocoacola.hu or changing a letter in a well-known brand eg. cocacola.hu - cococola.hu - or a well-known person like a writer, singer, politician, etc.

If the Registry detects the possibility that an application violates this policy, they require the applicant to submit a Declaration of Good Faith within 30 days or the domain will be deleted without refund: HU Declaration of Good Faith

According to Hungarian law, gambling-related activities (including gambling advertisements) are not allowed without a license from the Hungarian Authority for Regulated Activities (SZTFH). If the Supervisory Authority flags the domain, it will be suspended and eventually deleted without a refund.
