No parking or non resolution: Registrants must have the primary domain and "www." sub-domain resolve or redirect to an observer website or to their entity's website. This section applies to all domains unless they have received express written permission of the Registry. The registrant will have 400 days after registration or transfer to complete the resolution of the domain; 3 warnings will be sent 30 days apart to the admin contact, with a copy to the registrar of record, before any action by the registry.
Some domain names may be permanently or temporarily reserved or restricted for registry operations, as premium domain names or to comply with ICANN requirements.
To comply with ICANN requirements, all two-character domains shall be initially reserved, however may be released in the future.
