About .ether

The .ether domain extension works as a name for the space that messages, broadcasts and ideas travel through. It suits people and groups who publish, broadcast or share work with an audience far from where it starts.

Whether you run a podcast, write for a publication, record music or report the news, the name fits the way your work reaches people. Photographers, artists, educators, libraries, museums and event organizers can also use it for sites that carry their work to a wider audience.

The name also works for media and entertainment companies, marketing and communications firms, and telecom or connectivity providers. Nonprofits, civic groups and businesses of any size can use it, as can individuals who want a distinctive personal address. This top-level domain is open and not tied to any one industry.
