About .campania
The .campania domain extension suits websites tied to the Campania Region of Italy. Campania is the name of the region and of its regional government, so the extension points directly to that place and its public bodies.
Because the name belongs to the region itself, it fits official government websites and digital services run by the regional government and its affiliated institutions. You can also see it working for tourism promotion and for sites that showcase the region's goods.
Names in this space can also serve the localities and cities within the region. A town can use a .campania address for its own website, with the regional name as a shared top-level domain across the area.
