This phase is for owners of .com.bd, .net.bd, or .org.bd domains. To be eligible through a .com.bd domain, it must have been registered before October 10, 2025. The application has to be in the name of the registrant of the corresponding legacy domain.

In situations where multiple eligible applicants are applying for the same .BD domain name (e.g., one applicant owns the .com.bd, another owns the .net.bd, or a third owns the .org.bd), there is no defined priority. The domain will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis to the first applicant to submit the registration request.
