When will they release the new GTLDs

The three major entities that control the Internet have stated that they are ready to release 100 gTLDs every week. In a statement released from ICANN, Verisign and the US National Telecommunications & Information Administration they said,
Based on current staffing levels and enhancements that are currently underway to the [Root Zone “Management] system, the Root Zone Partners are able to process at least 100 new TLDs per week and will commit the necessary resources to meet all root zone management volume increases associated with the new gTLD program.” This statement comes in response to the question that was posed to ICANN security and stability committee whether they would be ready to release the new gTLDs and streamline the process.
