Dotless Domains

Microsoft is urging ICANN not to let Google go ahead with its dot less .search gTLD. These domains threaten the stability of the Internet. Currently dot less domains are used in private companies within private networks. ICANN has already conducted a study about the security and stability of these domains and determined they were unsafe. They are also forbidden in the rule book unless the applicant can prove to ICANN that they will cause no harm to the Internet. To read further on this story click here.
