Can changes be made

ICANN is permitting applicants for the new gTLDs to go back and change applications in reference to governmental problems with applications. The Governmental Advisory Committee will have some power over the new gTLDs and have bid to ICANN that applicants should have early warnings changes to be binding in applications. ICANN chairmen stated that ICANN has a procedure for when applicants want to make changes on applications. In Toronto many concerns were brought up as early warning signs which show the importance that applicants should be able to make changes before they get themselves into trouble with mitigation.
