Teenage Hacker Detained

Argentinean police have arrested a teenage boy deemed a ‘superhacker’ after attempting for a year to track him down. The boy is accused of leading a gang of hackers that were attacking international money transfer and gambling websites. The teenager was averaging monthly over $50,000 in profit all from his bedroom, which police found to have high capacity computers. The group of teenagers used malware attacks to form a network of so called zombie computers that would help transfer money out of accounts on a virtually undetectable level. The entire neighborhood in Buenos Aires was set into a black out so the teenager would not suspect the raid and delete data sensitive information. To read further on the story click here
