ICANN Reviews Cost
Last month ICANN had its 42nd public meeting in Dakar and a volunteer group called JAS has high hopes that there could be subsidized gTLD application fees for applicants who need it. The hope is that the 185,000 fee will be reduced for 45,000 for developing nations applicants. JAS is also setting up a loan program for these applicants to afford the reduced fee and pay back the group overtime.
