September 14th the RIR distributed the last blocks of IPV4 addresses to Europe, Middle East, and Central Asia. IPV4 addresses are also now being distributed to Local Internet Registries where section states can receive one/22 per allocation. IPV4 addresses are only distributed to allocations that have already committed to IPV6 addresses.
