Canadian Man Sues

A wacky lawsuit has struck both ICANN, eNOM, Centralnic, Netsol, and Verisign by a man named Graham Schreiber owner of Schreiber is suing a women named Lorraine Dunabin, who owns a UK trademark on the word Landcruise, registered both and Schreiber claims that she is “Dilution, Infringement [and] Passing off” by having registered those names. All those companies are involved because they some how all helped register those names and now Schreiber is seeking damages. To read further click here.
