The mission and purpose of the .transformers TLD is explained below:

i. To secure and protect the Applicant's key brand ("TRANSFORMERS") as a gTLD;

ii. Reflect the Transformers brand at the top level of the DNS' hierarchy;

iii. Provide stakeholders of the Applicant with a recognizable and trusted identifier on the Internet as well as a location to at which to offer consumers a wide range of entertainment content. Such stakeholders include, but are not limited to:

• its subsidiaries and affiliates in various countries;
• agents of Hasbro International's products and services;
• affiliate partners;
• licensing and entertainment partners that derive business from the Transformers brand (i.e., Paramount Pictures, Activision, Jagex, Net Dragon, Apple/iTunes, etc);
• prospective and current customers.

iv. Provide such stakeholders with a secure and safe Internet environment, under the control of the Applicant, in which they are able to obtain information from and communicate with the Applicant and where they are able to obtain genuine information provided by Hasbro International and its approved stakeholders.
