Domain names can be arbitrary character strings, with minimum length 1 and maximum length 30 characters. Domain names use Latin-1 (USA) character set and may contain letters (A-Z), digits (0-9) and dashes (-). The domain name must not begin nor end with a dash. Domain names are case insensitive.
