  • Is there an established .UM domain name dispute policy?
  • Normally, all domain name registrations are subject to 101Domain's registration agreement and dispute resolution policy. ICANN has adopted a Universal Dispute Policy Resolution Policy (UDPR) that clearly states that all disputes will be handled legally with respect to the rules and regulations of the .UM extension and all applicable laws of the governing territory. However, with the current revocation of the .UM domain, a Dispute Policy has not been enacted.
