- What is 101Domain's Limitation Of Liability?
- 101Domain has no liability to the Registrant for any loss or damages:
1) in connection with 101Domain's processing of the Domain Name Application; or
2) in connection with 101Domains processing of any authorized modification to the Domain Name record during the period of any registration; or
3) resulting from the refusal of the 101Domain to accept any application for registration (save to refund any fee paid by the Registrant to 101Domain; or
4) as the result of any failure on the part of the Registrant's agent to pay either the Registration Fee or the Renewal Fee; or
5) as a result of the application of the Dispute Policy.
