- Anyone can apply for a third level domain name under .th umbrella at 101Domain for active use.
- What is a "holder" of a domain name?
- Each domain name must have a holder, who can be either declared as "organizational contact" or "administrative contact" if in case of natural persons.
- What are the reserved categories of. TH domain names?
- * co.th = for commercial entities and business entities. Applicants for domain names under this category must be commercial entities which are either registered within Thailand. A foreign company which is not so registered may only apply for such a domain name if it has a representative in Thailand and this local representative must itself be registered within Thailand and be authorized by the foreign company to apply for the registration of the domain name.
* in.th = for any kind of organization or individual. * ac.th = for academic institutions. Applicants for domain names under this category must be educational institutions registered within Thailand. * go.th = for government use, such as ministries or agencies of the government. Applicants for domain names under this category must be members of the Royal Thai Government. * net.th = for juristic persons who receive three categories of the licenses for operating telecommunication business assigned in Telecommunication Business Act B.E.2544 (2001). * or.th = for non-profit organizations. * mi.th = for military use. - How many .TH domain names can I register?
