What should I do if there's a dispute or conflict regarding my domain name?
101Domain will not be an arbiter of conflicts that may occur between holders of domain names. It is the responsibility of each applicant to research in our name registry before choosing a domain name. Also, 101Domain is not responsible for the name chosen by each applicant if later found unsuitable by other entities. However, if a conflict occurs during the registration procedure, 101Domain will hold the process until the case has been settled in a written legal agreement signed by both parties and a court of legal and submitted to 101Domain.
