  • What are my obligations as a registrant?
  • 1. Not to use the domain name in breach of the trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights of third parties.
    2. Not to use the domain name for any illegal or immoral purpose, or for any purpose likely to bring the name of the Company into disrepute.
    3. Not to grant domain names to any sub-domain users except on terms identical so far as possible with these Terms and Conditions.
    4. To submit and maintain accurate electronic records of the details required by the application form.
  • How can my domain name registration be canceled or terminated?
  • 101Domain reserves the right to cancel this agreement or suspend delegation of a name:
    1. If the name is administered in a way likely to endanger operation of the Top Level Domain.
    2. If the terms of this agreement have been broken by the applicant.
    3. If in our opinion, the name is being used in a manner likely to cause confusion to interned users.
    4. If it has come to 101Domain's attention that legal action has been commenced regarding use of the name.
  • What kind of contacts will I need to have to register a .TC domain name?
  • You will need three contacts: an Administrative Contact, Technical Contact, and a Billing Contact.
