.SE Domain Requirements & Criteria Sweden FAQ - Who can register for a .se domain?
- Application for registration under the top level domain .se is open for all natural and legal persons who hold a Personal Identity or Corporate Registration number, or who can be identified through Proof of Registration in a Record maintained by a Public Authority, or by an organization with functions comparable to that of a Public Authority.
- Will I need an Administrative contact or contact of any sort to proceed with the registration?
- Not necessarily, but it is recommended. You may, in the application for registration of a domain name or later, appoint a contact person who is authorized to deal with contacts with 101Domain on your behalf.
You are responsible in relation to 101Domain for measures that are taken by the contact person. In the event that you nominate a contact person, you are liable to ensure that such person(s) have received information about and, in accordance with the Personal Data Act (1998:204), given their consent for 101Domain to process his/her personal data. As regards the appointed contact persons authorization to receive notifications and/or messages in accordance with these General Conditions on your behalf.
