What are the rules in regards to the syntax of a .RS domain name?
A domain name can contain numbers (0-9), English alphabet letters (a-z) and a dash (-). It cannot be shorter than two (2), or longer than sixty three (63) characters. The segment cannot begin or end in a dash. The segment cannot contain two consecutive dashes in the third and fourth position.
