A Domain Name under the .pr extension must comply with the following characteristics:
(a) The length of a domain name, not including the extension, will contain a minimum of one (1) character and will not exceed 63
characters;
(b) A valid character for a domain name is a set of numbers from 0 to 9, letters from the English alphabet and the hyphen (-);
(c) Domain names are not case sensitive;
(d) A domain name cannot begin or end with a hyphen (-) nor be comprised of two or more consecutive hyphens (--).
