Someone has registered my company name as their domain, and established a web page. Can I file a complaint?
If you think that someone has registered a domain name illicitly, the case can be brought before the dispute resolution body or the legal system.
I have found a webpage with illegal contents. What can 101Domain do about this?
If you suspect the contents on a web page to be in breach with Norwegian law, you should contact the police. Norid does not check the content of web pages, and we do not have the mandate to do anything with web pages that appear to break the law. Any reactions have to come from the police or from the Norwegian legal system.
