.mobi has two dispute resolution processes. These are the Sunrise Dispute Resolution process and the ICANN Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) Process. The Sunrise Challenge process is available as part of the .mobi Sunrise trademark holders registration service while UDRP is available to challenge any .mobi domain name at any time.
