What are the valid characters and valid lengths for domain names?
The .ME Registry does not support multilingual domain names in foreign character sets. Additionally, .ME domain names are expected to abide by the following rules:
* They must be between 3 and 63 Characters, when .ME is included
* Only letters (a-z), digits (0-9) and hyphens (-) are allowed.
* A domain name cannot start or end with a hyphen (-).
