Is there an established Dispute Policy for .IR domains?
The .IR Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the "Policy") has been adopted by .IR domain name registration authority ("IRNIC"), is incorporated by reference into your Registration Agreement, and sets forth the terms and conditions in connection with a dispute between you and any party other than us over the registration and use of an Internet domain name under the top level domain .ir registered by you. Proceedings of this Policy will be conducted according to the Rules for .IR Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the "Rules of Procedure"), which adhere to the current laws and regulations of Iran. The adoption of proceedings in no way compromise the applicability of the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran relevant to matters discussed here or otherwise applicable to Internet domain names under .IR.
