  • Where do I start the registration process?
  • In order to register a domain name, you should first verify, if such domain name have been already registered or if it is available.
The domain name that has not been previously registered should appear as available in all the different classifications of the second level. Even though several available possibilities should appear, registration shall be ruled by general terms and conditions provided in these Policies and the Registry Agreement.
  • After I determine that a domain is open and available for registration, what's next?
  • Next, you'll need to provide information such as details about the Registrant, the Administrative Contact, the Technical Contact, the Billing Contact and the Domain Server DNS (two minimums). Please do this in expedient manner to ensure a quick and simple process.
  • How long does the registration process take?
  • Registration processing time will depend on two factors: your application action and our verification action.
For example for 3rd level domain name categories, we shall process your registration upon receipt of your: (i) copy of document(s) and (ii) applicable registration fee. Once we have received and verified all the required document(s), you will receive email notifications notifying results of your application within 3 working days. However, if the required document(s) and/or payment are not yet received, an email reminder will be sent on the 14th calendar day after receiving your application to notify you of the items that are outstanding. If all the required items are still not yet received within 10 calendar days, the application will be cancelled.
