How do I handle a dispute for my .hk Chinese Domain Name?
The same as that for .hk English Domain Names, disputes for .hk Chinese Domain Names will be according to our Dispute Resolution Policy. Currently, the plaintiff can raise a dispute via the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre.
Someone has registered the domain name I want and I have a trademark, what should I do? Is there any way that I can get it back?
Generally speaking, domain names are registered on a first-come, first-served basis. If you think someone has invaded your right in using the domain name, and you have a trademark to back up your claim, you may proceed with actions.
