.CY Domain Registration Process Cyprus FAQ - What is the first step of the registration process?
- You must first check to make sure that the domain name you want is available. You can do this by using our search application or a Whois application.
- Can I get a "rushed" domain name registration?
- No. 101Domain.com registers domain names on a first come, first served basis.
- How long does it take for an application to be processed?
- Once you have submitted a complete and correctly formatted domain name request form along with the registration fee, 101Domain will attempt to process your request. You will be notified via e-mail when processing is complete. This generally takes less than 72 hours.
- I changed my mind about the domain name that I registered. Is it too late to change it?
- Once you register a domain name, you cannot "un-register" it. If you find that the domain name you choose no longer suits your business or personal needs, you should register another domain name. The domain name you originally registered will continue to be registered to you until the end of the registration period at which time you should notify 101Domain of your intention to release it. Registration and re-registration fees are non-returnable.
- Are there any refunds for relinquishing my domain name before the end of the calendar year?
- A domain name may be relinquished by the licensee upon notice to 101Domain. No refund of fees will be made by 101Domain for any time remaining until the end of the calendar year.
