- Talking about a contract with a mutual relationship, the lack of fulfillment of the established conditions by one of the parties, gives the right at the other party to cancel the contract.
The lack of paying for the service gives the administrator of domain names the right to end the contract or to suspend the service. ICANN advises inclusive, not to activate the domain names till the client pays.
At the same way, if the owner of a domain name wishes to eliminate the domain name, he/she can do that. If he/she wants to this, he/she has to send an email to the administrator of the domain names, requesting if he can eliminate the domain name in the data base.
