Is there an established dispute policy for domain names deemed to be offensive, or that may infringe on trademark rights, etc.?
Litigation will only be solved through a legal procedure in a tribunal of the Republic of the Congo. No foreign court has jurisdiction. Arbitral solution may however be accepted at 101Domain's sole discretion via an established Intellectual Property Arbitrator, but the preferred default procedure is through a tribunal of the Republic of the Congo, and should 101Domain decide to send the matter through a tribunal, there will be no alternative.
