  • What is the first step of the registration process?
  • You must first check to make sure that the domain name you want is available. You can do this by using our search application or a Whois application.
  • Can I get a "rushed" domain name registration?
  • No. 101Domain.com registers domain names on a first come, first served basis.
  • What's next after I have submitted the required forms and have met the criteria?
  • You must then wait for an Administrator (101Domain) to approve the registration of your domain name. Applications for registration are considered for approval by Administrator on a first-come, first-served basis. After approval, you will be contacted for payment information.
  • When I register my new domain name, how long will it take to go "live" on the internet?
  • From 12 to 48 hours; 24 to 48 hours being the most likely. The registry only updates the zone files from their database once every 12 hours, but as domain sales increase, so does the queue.
