- As any other generic domain, 101Domain honors the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) approved by ICANN. When you register a .cat domain name, whatever registrar you use, you must accept this policy (also included in the registration contract).
This conflict resolution policy is applied when the owner of a trade mark believes that:
(a) the .cat domain is equal or too similar to its trade mark.
